Terms & Conditions :
- 1. A $100 deposit is required per person for all courses and workshops
- 2. Balance is payable on the day of the Course
- 3. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student cancels due to illness, a doctors certificate will need to be provided to enable their deposit to be transferred to another course. Deposits must be used within a 12 month period.
- 4. If a student leaves in the midst of training, no refund will be given unless a doctors certificate is provided. The student will need to complete the course again, from the beginning, to qualify and receive their certification.
- 5. KaHuna Bodyworks has the right to cancel any workshops or courses due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances. In these situations a total refund will apply.
Note: Please ensure all registration forms and deposits are received at least one week prior to the course.

Please note: a 4% surcharge will be incurred on all Paypal and credit card payments. If this amount is not included at the time of making your deposit, it will be added to your balance payable on the day of the course.
